We make and ship orders to every corner of the world from our location in Osaka, Japan. Because each piece is made by hand once you order, please allow a few days to a few weeks before your order is ready to be shipped. The delivery estimates below are transit time only, starting the day your package leaves Osaka.

International Shipping Options
Airmail is the more economical option compared to EMS. Depending on the country, delivery averages 6 to 15 days. In rare cases it runs longer, anywhere from three weeks to a few months.
Airmail orders are not insured and do not include online tracking. Without a tracking number, we have no way from our end in Japan to follow up on a package that does not arrive within the estimated window.
Depending on the country, delivery averages 2 to 6 days. Customs inspection can occasionally add a little time.
EMS packages are insured against loss or damage up to 20,000 yen (about US$130) and include online tracking. They cannot ship to APO or AP addresses, though PO boxes are fine.

Shipping Insurance
Our replicas are delicate, handmade pieces, so we strongly recommend EMS. It is insured against loss or damage and comes with tracking, which makes it the safer choice for anything fragile. Fake Food Japan is not responsible for delays within the destination country, or for the loss or damage of uninsured packages such as those sent by Airmail.
If an insured EMS parcel does not arrive, we can begin the claims process two months after the shipment date.
Customs Tariffs
The import of a product from Japan may be subject to taxes and customs tariffs in the country of delivery. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are outside our control and we cannot predict them in advance.
