    • You know it's the end of the year when pictures of Osechi are prevalent in the media. The traditional dish for New Year's (and the subsequent days thereafter) can now be yours to own!

    Coming in three boxes, the upper left-hand corner Osechi is packed with shrimp, lotus root soaked in vinegar, kelp, water chestnuts, salmon roe, anchovies, dried codfish, whelk, plum, and boiled octopus.

    The upper right-hand corner Osechi contains carrots, rolled omelette with fish paste, mushrooms, crab meat, lily bulb, boiled squid, boiled scallops, dried wheat gluten, and yellowtail.

    The lower center Osechi is made of boiled burdock, mashed potatoes with sweetened chestnuts, boiled fish paste, Spanish mackerel, carrots, kumquat, taro, mushroom, lotus root, boiled bamboo shoots, butterbur sprouts, konnyaku, herring roe, and sweet black beans.
